The Cardiff Panthers finished the season as 2013 Minor Premiers by finishing top of the league with a victory away to the Bristol Dockers. With the Cardiff Double Blues unable to field a side against the Chippenham Redbacks, the Panthers had to ensure they won by at least 70 points to finish top and guarantee a Home Grand Final. In tough heat and on hard ground the Panthers came back from being behind at Quarter time to run out convincing winners by 90 points.
